Buyers pay 5% + 30p: 5% of the item value plus a 30p per seller order, not per card. The 5% is already inside the price on the listing; the 30p is added once at checkout and itemised there. Stripe card processing (1.5% + 20p UK) is always absorbed by us, never passed on to you or the buyer.

Frequently asked
- How is billing handled?
- Stripe handles all payments. Use the 'Manage billing' link above (visible once you're subscribed) to switch plans, update your card, or cancel. All changes apply at the end of your current billing period unless you choose otherwise.
- When do new Pro Tools ship?
- Live Deal Alerts, Trending Cards, TheGemMint Alerts and Daily Brief are live now on Essentials. Wave 2 (Grading ROI, Slab Insights) is not built yet. Wave 3 (Forecasting, AI Suggestions, Discord, Reddit Sentiment) is in development. Both are for Growth and neither has a date. We'll announce dates when they're real rather than promising a month we might miss.
- Can I switch between Essentials and Growth?
- Yes, use the billing portal. Stripe prorates the change automatically: the unused portion of your current plan offsets the new plan's first invoice.
- What if my payment fails?
- Stripe retries automatically over 7 days. You'll get an email each time we receive a failure event. After all retries, the subscription cancels and your tier drops to Free, but your data (collection, watchlist, listings) stays intact.
