The buyer fee

On top of the price the seller sets, you pay 5% of the card price plus 30p per seller, and the postage that seller charges.

The 30p is charged once per seller, not once per card. Buying five cards from one seller costs 30p, not 150p. A basket from three different sellers carries it three times, because each seller is paid separately.

The 5% applies to the card price only. It is never charged on postage.

£1.00 is the 5%, 30p is the per seller charge. Postage varies by seller and is shown on every listing.

What the seller gets

Sellers pay commission of 2.5%, falling to 2% on Essentials and 1.5% on Growth.

That commission is charged on the card price only. Postage is not paid to the seller and is not deducted from them: we buy the label. On the £20.00 example above the seller is charged £0.50 and receives £19.50.

Card processing is paid by us out of our own fee. It is never deducted from a seller payout.

If it doesn’t arrive, or isn’t what the listing said

You have 14 days from delivery to report a problem from your order page. We look at both sides, and we can refund you, and you never have to chase the seller yourself.
